At Z&D Health Med Spa, your wellbeing is our priority. These Terms & Conditions are written to be clear, fair, and transparent — so you always know what to expect when you choose us for your care. Please read them carefully and reach out to us with any questions before your visit.

1. Our Services

Z&D Health Med Spa provides physician-supervised medical aesthetic and wellness services including IV hydration therapy, intramuscular injections, medical weight loss programs (including GLP-1 and peptide therapies), Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, lip augmentation, and other cosmetic injectables.

All treatments are performed or directly supervised by board-certified physicians. Services are subject to a pre-treatment consultation and medical review to ensure they are appropriate and safe for each individual patient.

2. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online through our booking partner, Vagaro, or by contacting us directly. To secure your appointment, a valid form of payment may be required at the time of booking.

We ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time, especially for your first visit, to complete intake paperwork and allow adequate time for your consultation.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that life happens. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged a no-show fee.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.

We are always happy to work with you — if an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Packages, memberships, and pre-paid services are non-refundable once purchased but may be transferable to another service of equal value at our discretion.

If a treatment cannot be completed due to a medical contraindication identified during your consultation, you will receive a full refund or credit toward an alternative service.

We do not offer refunds for completed treatments. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us — if you have concerns about your results, please contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to find a resolution.

5. Patient Rights & Responsibilities

As our patient, you have the right to:

  • Be treated with dignity, respect, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Receive a thorough explanation of any proposed treatment, including benefits, risks, and alternatives.
  • Decline or withdraw consent for any treatment at any time, without penalty.
  • Ask questions and receive honest, complete answers from your care team.
  • Access your medical records in accordance with applicable law.

To ensure your safety and the best possible outcome, we ask that you:

  • Disclose your full and accurate medical history, current medications, and allergies.
  • Inform us of any changes to your health between visits.
  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by your provider.
  • Notify us promptly of any unexpected reactions or concerns following treatment.

6. Informed Consent

Prior to receiving any treatment, you will be asked to review and sign an informed consent form specific to your procedure. This form outlines the nature of the treatment, potential risks and benefits, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions.

Consent is entirely voluntary. You are encouraged to take as much time as you need and to ask any questions before signing.

7. Privacy & HIPAA

Z&D Health Med Spa is committed to protecting your personal health information. All patient information is kept strictly confidential and handled in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared only as required for your treatment, as permitted by law, or with your explicit written consent.

8. Age Requirements

Most services at Z&D Health require patients to be 18 years of age or older. Certain wellness services may be available to minors with written parental or guardian consent and the presence of a parent or guardian during treatment. Please contact us in advance if this applies to you.

9. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. While our team strives to deliver exceptional outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results for any treatment. Factors including individual health, metabolism, skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions all influence outcomes.

Before-and-after photos and testimonials shared by Z&D Health represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results.

10. Conduct & Environment

We are committed to maintaining a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment for all patients and staff. Z&D Health reserves the right to decline service to anyone who behaves in a manner that is disruptive, disrespectful, or threatening.

For the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children not accompany patients during treatment sessions unless they are the patient.

11. Changes to These Terms

Z&D Health Med Spa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
